Sick Chicken, Possibly Vent Gleet? Bare underside, fluffed out, lethargic.

There is no egg. Although I have now had my finger in her vent twice now in her life.. she may be expecting a fancy dinner from me soon

Should I try the Tylan today?

I know you got a "Good helper" trying to help you and I respect that. But to answer your Question----I would have started giving it to her yesterday! It might not help at all, but it might and It want unless you start her. Good Luck!

Thanks @PD-Riverman ! I started her today. Yesterday wouldn't have been an option, since I needed to get to a supply store to pick up the meds. Hopefully this helps. I appreciate everyone's help in diagnosing and navigating. This is the first bird I've had get REALLY sick. Was bound to happen at some point I guess.

You might also want to deworm her. Last one with gleet I treated had roundworms and an infection in her repro tract.
