I am dealing with this same issue now. First noticed unusual feather loss, crop feels empty. Lethargic, poo looks normal if not a little dry. Other chickens behaving normally. Lost a silky roo last month to same symptoms. I should mention I treated that roo with vet Rx pro bionics 1st. Then moved on to tetracycline. Put him on non med starter food to encourage eating. Dies after loosing site in 1 eye month later.
