sick chicken? sitting weird but doesnt appear to be egg bound.

hello! my hen (don't know exact age, probably around 3) has been sitting on her bum with her legs splayed out since yesterday afternoon.

she seems quite tippy on her legs and is not moving fast but can still walk, and has an appetite. my mom who is a veterinary technician felt inside her vent and did not feel an egg... our leading guess right now is frostbite on her feet?

I'm wondering what might be going on/what might help, any guesses?
