Sick chicken with yellow poop

Help she is acting sleepy. Just not her self so brought her in last night feed eggs. Now this morning she has really running yellow diarrhea. Not sure what to do read on something it might be cancer any suggestions?? Thanks

I am not seeing pictures, so you might try reposting. Is the poop bright yellow, light yellow, or yellowish brown? How old is she? If she is young under 20 weeks, lethargy and yellow runny poops, hunched or puffing up can be coccidiosis. Corid is the treatment in the water for 5 days.
