Try putting one drop of hydrogen peroxide on the nostril with a QTip. Wait a few minutes, then try to loosen the dried secretions with a wooden toothpick, but be gentle. Then repeat on the opposite side. You will need an extra pair of hands for this.

It is easy to find antibiotic eye ointment, such as Terramycin Eye Ointment from many feed stores and online, and Vetrolpolycin (neosporin) online. Most eye drops, such as neosporin eye drops or ciprofloxacin, are only available from vets. Some feed stores also carry Vetericyn Eye Gel an nonantibiotic product for eyes.

You may use saline or a human eye wash toclean eyes if there is gunk in them. There is Vetericyn eye wash and the gel here:

hey I have another chicken its a small white old english bantam and its left eye always closed but its right is open and his body is warm and hot. how do i fix and help it. I dont want to lose another chicken like i did recently

Can you put some of the same eye solution or saline eye wash into the white OEG bantam’s eye as well? Twice a day would be good to clean it. How is your air circulation in your coop? Do you have any ammonia odor or moldy dusty conditions? Can you post any pictures?
