Sick Chicken

I have a chicken that I noticed was acting strange today. She refused to come out of her box and once she came out she just stood in one spot. I have her separated from the other chickens now and noticed that her poo is abnormal? See pic attached. I have only had them a few weeks.

She’s doing good now, back in again with the rest of the flock. I don’t know what it was, probably parasites. I give her a good dose of raw garlic and electrolytes in her water and picked her right up. I thought I was going to lose her at one stage.
