Sick chicken

Hello , what is wrong with my jersey giant chicken she maybe a year , I noticed being picked on then I look her legs are bare , she has a fever very skinny that was two days ago and now she cries and she can’t walk on her one leg it looks swollen in the elbow . Hurts to pick her up . and my little silkie rooster he’s 5 months starting a fever .

How do you know they have a fever?

What do you feed including treats?

Where are you located in the world?

How many chickens do you have? Are any new? Is the hen being kept from food and water, or because her leg is swollen, she is having trouble getting food? How is she walking? Pictures of the swelling in the leg would be helpful, and any pictures of the chickens.
