Hello friends,
Today I Woke up to one my hens looking a bit sick. I offered her some tuna that I knew she couldnt resist but she didnt want some. Her head is tucked in, she stays in one place, walks pretty slow. Any herbs or anything that could make her feel better?

Thanks

Have you checked to see if she's egg bound? When was the last time she laid an egg? How does her poop look?

Well a few days ago she had a very liquid poop, And I had to wash her In warm water and after that she has been pooping normally. I am also not sure when she laid last time she rarely lays so I don’t find it odd when she doesnt. Also how should I check if she egg bound?

@azygous @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock
should be able to help you. I haven't directly dealt with egg binding type issues.
To check, put on a glove, and gently insert your finger into her vent. Feel for an egg.

How old is she?
Photos of her poop and of her may be helpful.

Feel her abdomen for bloat/swelling or fluid, feel inside her vent for an egg. Make sure her crop is emptying overnight. Check her over for lice/mites and consider getting a fecal float to see if worms may be contributing to her condition.

Sometimes it's hard to know what's going on with a hen sometimes. Common problems would be a reproductive disorder like Peritonitis, cancer, Salpingitis, etc. A disorder can cause a hen to decline which in turns allows other conditions to present.

Your starting place would be to examine her, then work on getting fluids into her. Once she's hydrated offer her some wet feed. Bits of egg or tuna can be given to entice her.
