Sick Chicken

Are her eyes sticky or swollen? Have you checked for mites, lice or worms?
Yesterday I put probiotic and electrolyte in their water. She is not all the way better today but looks a little more active. Her tail is not up when she walks but not as low as yesterday. I looked agin at the poop under where she rooted last night I picked some of it apart and don't see any warms. Are they easy to see? Can I inspect her somehow?

Worms are normally in her feces, some are microscopic though. Best places to look for mites/lice would be under the wings, around the vent and abdomen. How’s her eye? Is it goopy? Watery? Bubbly?

I took a look under wings and didn't see anything. Her eyes look ok, I think, if anything Maybe a little watery. she did lay her egg today in the middle of the run which I've never seen before. My gut is she is getting better. Ill give her a few days. thank you for taking the time/concern. means a lot to have someone with knowledge talking to me. ill post a picture when she is better. Should I be concerned the her comb is small and discolored?

so I noticed her butt was covered in poop. I took a bucket of warm soapy water and clean most of it off. I felt her belly and it didn't "feel" more bloated then another one I picked up but cant be sure. any thought with this new finding? again thank you all for your help. sincerely, naive chicken owner

I dont think having a poopy bottom.meqns much. 2 of mine get it often because they have so much butt fluff. Is she having nasal drainage or drainage from the mouth? Bubbles in the eyes? Sneezing, coughing, wheezing?
