Sick chicken

I was away from home yesterday, so am just catching up. How is your hen today?
Can you post some pictures of her droppings? Is her crop empty, full, soft & squishy, hard, etc? Have you ever wormed your birds or had a fecal done to test for internal parasites? Do you have any antibiotics on hand?
I brought her in last night and she started eating her food and ate scrambled eggs. This morning she was standing up straight and walking pretty normal and eating. Her poops are watery though. Her crop feels squishy and you can feel some food in it. Compared to yesterday she seems vastly improved. Our vets do not do care for chickens, so we have not had any testing done. Today she had her 4th dose of vitamin b complex. I only have vet rx on hand. We have never treated our flock for worms. Everyone else seems to be doing fine. Considering her improvement today, I am wondering if the vitamins are kicking in, long with the added protein to her diet.

Anything is possible! I'm glad she's looking a bit better today. I'd continue with the vitamins for a couple of weeks, make sure if there was a deficiency, it gets really reversed. She may have been being kept from food by others, some birds will be very standoffish during molt, they just don't want anyone to touch them. If her crop is not emptying completely over night (check first thing in the morning before she's had food or water) and the droppings continue to be runny, then I would consider worming her. You can use Safeguard Liquid Goat wormer, which is usually available locally, or Valbazen, which usually has to be ordered online (it's labeled for cattle). If being isolated causes her a lot of stress, then moving the crate out to the coop or run usually works. She will still be protected and not have to compete for food or water, but can still see and be seen by the others. If needed I will drape a blanket over one side for a wind break. I'd keep her there until she seems more back to normal, is eating well, droppings look more normal. It's easier to monitor when they are crated. Fingers crossed she continues to improve.

Second update:
I brought her into the garage tonight in the crate as she was literally shivering. I did not want to bring her into a fully heated house because I want her to be able to transition back outside hopefully and not be shocked.

She is walking normally now. However she seems to not be eating a lot. Her poop is still watery. And now she has a runny nose. She is wiping her beak and shaking her head a lot. Is visibly runny, but clear.

This has been a very difficult time to monitor her as my whole family is sick with covid. I'm absolutely exhausted and it's been hard enough to just to the the daily care and chores.

I have not been able to monitor if her crop is empty each morning.

Update: she does not seem to be improving. She is not eating a lot. She continues to have watery stools. At this point I am unsure of what to do. We are all still sick and on quarantine so I feel overwhelmed by the situation. When I gave her a vitamin b complex today she had a watery poo. Not sure if molting would cause this or it's from her being sick.
