Anything is possible! I'm glad she's looking a bit better today. I'd continue with the vitamins for a couple of weeks, make sure if there was a deficiency, it gets really reversed. She may have been being kept from food by others, some birds will be very standoffish during molt, they just don't want anyone to touch them. If her crop is not emptying completely over night (check first thing in the morning before she's had food or water) and the droppings continue to be runny, then I would consider worming her. You can use Safeguard Liquid Goat wormer, which is usually available locally, or Valbazen, which usually has to be ordered online (it's labeled for cattle). If being isolated causes her a lot of stress, then moving the crate out to the coop or run usually works. She will still be protected and not have to compete for food or water, but can still see and be seen by the others. If needed I will drape a blanket over one side for a wind break. I'd keep her there until she seems more back to normal, is eating well, droppings look more normal. It's easier to monitor when they are crated. Fingers crossed she continues to improve.
