Sick chicken

Is she eating and drinking as normal? Is she hunched up? What is her poop like? What bedding do you use? Do you use Diatomaceous earth? There are a lot of things that can make a hen sneeze, so give as much information as you can. From what I have seen on here, in the US you don’t need a prescription, you can get it from, is it like a farm shop or tractor supply?

She's eating some, but not as much as usual. She not hunched up. We use hay for bedding, not diatomaceous earth. We use Tractor Supply. I'll be making a trip there in the morning.

What will you be buying at TSC? Sorry if I missed it.
I screenshot the items you shared and will probably buy the electrolytes and vitamins. I also am going to begin using a little apple cider vinegar in all our chickens' water. The food we feed them have the pre and prebiotic. So that's good. I'm not sure if I should get antibiotics or not.

Okay. Maybe @Wyorp Rock, @Eggcessive or @azygous can give you some advice on what to get, they're some of our most knowledgeable members.

Please help. My 23 week old pullet is sick with sneezing, hoarseness in her voice, and open mouth breathing. I am isolating her with a heat lamp, food, and water. I have some questions. What can I give her to help her heal faster? What vitamins? Also what can I give the rest of the flock to help their immune systems fight off this illness in the case they may have been exposed? Thank you in advance!

I thought she was trying to crow this morning because her voice was different.
I don't see any nasal discharge.

She ate and drank a little and hung out under the heat lamp. She sneezes every few minutes.

Can you get a video of her actions? Upload video to youtube and provide a link.

Please look inside her beak for obstruction, lesions, white/yellow pasty material. What does her crop feel like?
Feel her over to make sure there's no air filled bulges under her skin - around the wings, abdomen, etc.

Could she have gotten into anything moldy or something that would have irritated her respiratory system?

IF you decide that she is suffering from respiratory disease instead of something else like obstruction, then you can try Tylan/Tylosin. Sometimes you can find Tylan50 on the shelf at TSC. You can order Tylosin powder online. https://jedds.com/products/tylosin-powder?_pos=6&_sid=871f55bf8&_ss=r

Keep her hydrated. You can give electrolytes or vitamins for a few days, but do make fresh plain water available too.

Tomorrow call Tractor Supply and ask for Tylan 50. This is a broad spectrum antibiotic that is used most often to treat respiratory infection. It's injectible and you will need a needle syringe to extract the dose from the vial, but you will give it orally after pulling the needle off. Dosage depends on weight of the chicken, but it's approximately .25ml per pound twice a day for three to five days.

If they don't have it, then order from Jedd's the Tylosin powder in @Wyorp Rock s post.
