We may be looking at one of the avian viruses, probably avian leucosis. It often causes lameness, but it's attacking the organs as well. If this progresses to her becoming too weak to eat or hold her head up, and her poop is watery diarrhea, and she loses a lot of weight, and she keeps getting worse instead of better, I would euthanize her and send her in for necropsy at a state lab.
