Sick chicken

Hello, new to the group. I have a hen that I rescued about 2 months ago. She was thin but has put on weight and was very healthy and happy until I got home from work this AM. can't stand and breathing very rapidly. Her comb is not pale. She had poop under her where she's laying but it's normal poop. Any suggestions? Is she just old?

I feel she is lonely. But she doesn't like my rooster. She flew to me every time he got around her. I've been feeding her scratch grains, small acts of black sunflower seeds and she's also in an open fenced back yard with lots of grass and bugs.
