What can I do for her at this moment to help her

Do you have any electrolytes?

Are you feeding her any layer feed or does she have access to oyster shell?
Is her diet mainly scratch?
When did she lay last?

Yes she did get some layer feed not much. And she has had some oyster shell. She has never laid for me. She walked into our small country store and was under there table for about an hour frozen. I brought her home and she has gained weight and much more shiny I sit with her on a daily basis but she doesn't like my rooster. So I have kept her separated.

Can you get a photo of her legs? Since she hasn't laid in the two months that you've had her, I'm wondering if she is elderly.
Also have you seen any signs of mites or lice? Especially around her vent?
