They were free ranging when I noticed today. I did add two new chickens like 2 weeks ago. There is definitely a bubble in her eye.Look for any dust, mold, or environmental reason for the sneezing. How is your coop ventilation? Is the sneezing all day long every few minutes, or especially when eating chicken feed? Have you added any new chickens to the flock recently? Look for any bubbles or foam in one eye. Hopefully it is just something dusty, but it could be a respiratory disease such as infectious bronchitis or mycoplasma gallisepticum.

Hi thank you for the information. I do have this , would it work ?Testing through your state vet, NPIP test or, or a local vet who will collect a sample can get testing. Zoologix, a neational lab, will send swabs to collect yourself and send back to them for pcr testing. MG tends to cause bubbles in one eye, and swelling of the face or eyelid. There may or may not be other symptoms. Here is a link about MG:
