Sick chicken

HELP! We have an adult Silkie hen who has been off the past few days. She seems lethargic, hasn’t layed an egg, tends to hide in a corner. Before we noticed her being more lethargic she acted like she was trying to go broody which we didn’t want so we would remove her from the nest.

Is her comb purple at all? Does she still eat and drink? And have you noticed her poop being black/green/runny/yellow?

Silkies have purple/back skin naturally, I have syringe fed her water and gave her feed closer to her but I have not seen her eat it. I have not seen her poop, but she lives with other chickens.

I sat her outside the hen house and she pooped, it was liquidy and clear/yellow. She is slow when walking but did go over to there water, she bent down to it but I don’t think she took a drink.
