My almost 4 year old Cream Legbar hen has not been eating or drinking for the past week. She has been making this weird noise that sounds like she's wheezing. I am worried that she might have a respiratory infection. She has also been making this weird jerking movement with her neck that looks similar to that of a bird with impacted crop. However, her crop feels very empty, she hasn't eaten much of anything for days, and she had lost a concerning amount of weight over the past week. Also, she had some yellowish discharge that looks like a runny nose today. She refuses to leave the henhouse and doesn't do much of anything. We haven't gotten an egg from her in at least a week.
We are really worried about her, so any advice is immensely appriciated.

They are on New Country Organics organic and soy free food. Not pellets.
The three of them will be 4 years old in April. We have one Cream Legbar (sick one), a black australorp, and a barred rock.
We have not introduced any new birds to the flock since they hatched. And none of them have been obviously sick since we got them.
Her symptoms are listed in the post above.

Welcome to BYC. Do you have any pictures or a shot video of her? Videos have to be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo with a link posted here. Does she have any bad odor around her face? Does she lay eggs regularly? Can you look inside her beak and throat to see if there is any of the yellow material or mucus inside there? If you hold some scrambled egg, wet chicken feed, or tuna, will she eat some for you? How are her droppings looking?

Thank you for responding. Sadly, she passed away this morning.
