Sick Chicken

I have a hen that was fine yesterday but today noticed her left eye shut and she was making a kind of gurgling noise. I open her shut eye and it appeared to be somewhat receiding inward with a lot of fluid between the eye and eyelid. She doesn't appear to be disoriented but secludes herself from the rest of the flock.
I have speedster her from the flock until I. An find out what is going on? After looking on the web she seems to have partial signs of the New Castle Disease.
If possible please assist me with diagnosing her and what I need to do. Don't want my entire flock to get sick.

Check her poo, if it is green then she might have new castle disease. the best way for a cure is to buy a anti cancer treatment. make sure you keep her away from the others otherwise theyll get sick too and die.
