sick chicken?

Like I said I don't want to let it run its course. Their basically my sons pets but ive gotten quite attached to them. I've got a dog crate that will give her more than enough room and I'll keep her somewhere warm. I'll try corid and keep everyone posted. Thank you everyone again for the help.

She seems to be doing a lot better now. Kept her isolated from the others for a few days, used corid and some other things I picked up. I did have to use a plastic syringe to get her drinking but she is back in the coop and acting normal again. She did push out what I believe was an egg but very soft and broke up. Maybe she did have a lodged egg and I didnt feel it? Now for a new question. Her comb as I said has always drooped to one side, it's actually over her one eye to a point where she is having trouble seeing. Is there anything I can do to correct it?
