Sick chicks

My baby chicks are sick. They are on chic starter. They have droopy wings, act sleepy, and lethargic. Is this cocciosis. The poop seems fine. Is there something I can do now to help since I cant get to the store til tomorrow?

I have 9. I had 11 but 2 died. My adult chickens are eating the feed as well they seem fine. I havent wormed them.

You said your chicks are eating the same feed as your adults? What kind of feed are you feeding?

Can you answer a few questions, to better help us to help you? ....
1) What type of bird , age and weight.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
3) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
4) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
5) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
6) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
7) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
8 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
9) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
10) Describe the housing/bedding in use; size of area and number of birds there.
11) Have you checked for lice, mites? Have they been wormed?

They are on chic starter, im just saying the adults eat it as well, so i dont think it's bad feed.

They are 10 wks old and the ones who are getting sick look smaller than the rest. Almost like runts. They are lethargic, sleepy looking, with droopy wings.

Last night I wastrying to think of what i could do to help my chciks thru the night until i could get to the store. Then i remembered about ACV, from when i used to work with pigeons. Everyone is spunky this morning. No droopy wings or tiredness! Thank goodness!

Is there any chance they could have gotten into any fungus, mold, mildew, rotted vegetation, etc? How fresh is your feed, does it smell fresh or like cardboard?

I keep the feed sealed. the waterer leaked and there was mold under it. I stirred up the ground to dry and mixed in an absorber hopefully all good from here.

pasty butt? those r the symptoms r chic had and she had pasty butt.

she died after 3 days because she was the first to get it so we had no idea how to treat it tho... u cood definetly tell if they hav pasty butt or not tho!
