Sick chiclen, need help

Hey everyone,
I have a white leghorn hen about 5 months old, who has been lethargic for the last week. She has a pale comb that is t growing and watery green diahrrea. My husband and are brand new at this so we are learning as we go. Any ideas? She nibbles a little here and there, but not eating like the others. We have 19 chickens total.

If possible get a few of her fresh droppings checked by your regular vet for coccidiosis and worms. Check her skin for evidence of mites which could make her anemic. Check inside her vent with a finger for a stuck egg. Feel of her crop for being empty, full, hard, or soft, and make sure that it empties overnight. Give her some water with electrolytes and vitamins, Poultry Nutridrench 2-3 drops and all the water she will take.Offer her some chopped egg or tuna, and her regular feed with some occasional yogurt for probiotics. Does she have any signs of respiratory infection?
