Sick Chook! Help if you can please

hey guys, my chook has been sick over the past couple days... she has a yellowish lump under her toungue that comes and goes, and she isnt closing her beak. Also she is holding her head backwards and drooling everywhere. This has come and gone over the past week, usually i bring her inside and in about 10-15 mins she is back to normal, but it comes back again almost everyday. Please let me know if you know what is going on she is a new chook and i really dont want to go to a vet as im short on cash at the moment.

Check out the forums just browsing through I remember seeing a couple articles on the neck were one bird had his neck twisted clear around and was facing forward I would just type in neck and see if something comes up
