Sick duck! Help please

2.5 month old cayuga drake. This afternoon went to change water and he is sitting by his house laying down. He gets up when I get close (not handled much) but falls over and gets back up to wobbly walk away. His sisters are fine. He is breathing heavy but with mouth closed. Nostrils have liquid drops coming out but not colored or heavy. Brought him inside and put in bathroom where warmer.
He is fed non-medicated chick starter with brewers yeast added. Clean water everyday and small water bowl to sit in and bath and clean head off. The three babies have been contained for last week since adult drake is getting mean with breeding season. No injuries after thorough inspection are noticed.
What should I do for him?

Is a vet an option? What does his poop look like?

No vet option. Don’t know yet. I put him in bathtub to monitor poops. Nothing yet. It’s been a hour

He has slightly improved still wobbly. Chirping more. Put vitamin-electrolyte water mix down him. Poop is white and a tad yellow and very watery. Going to get antibiotics from TSC tomorrow am.
