Perhaps he needs some time in the sunlight and a good swim in a pool plus a chance to forage and be a duck. Adaptation to being a house duck can be very difficult for a flock animal.

how many other animals/birds
what plants has he had access to
where is he living
what are temps like where you are?

He is 20 months old he weighs about 10 lbs no other birdslas Vegas nv inside all the time thou
