My Mallard duck won't eat, get up, has bright green poop, is very skinny mostly just bones. He's drinking water very little now. Please will somebody tell me what I need to do to help my duck. I'm new at raising ducks. And this is my favorite duck out of the 3 that I have.

Can you get to him and pick him up if you need too?

The green poop could be a sign of infection or being emaciated
pictures of the duck and its poop would be great help

Tube feeding is an option. @casportpony knows how to do that. I have done it before but am not an expert like she is. I've read her posts and they've been so helpful. If he drinks you could give him egg yolk or electrolytes in his water. My gander almost died in November. The egg yolk I gave him for a week in his water I think made a big impact. I worked up to multiple egg yolks and eventually he would eat just moist feed. I hope your drake makes it. Slurries always helped me. I have my gander gamebird starter which I had left over from my quail to help him pack on weight and now he's back up to 14 lbs. Good luck with your duck
