Okay CB-Man, here's the link I said I would get for you.

https://sites.google.com/a/poultrypedia.com/poultrypedia/medicine-chart

Great information here! I will also follow through and see what information I can get for you in the morning. Ya done good! I would ask you to please continue with telling your story completely on this thread. Others need to know just what you were up against. You already know my thoughts, lol. Subtle aren't I? Anyways, this may be something that can be changed if enough of us know about it and can speak up.

Prayers heading your way because you've done everything that can be done right now and this is in God's hands now. The charcoal will be working and doing it's magic stuff and all that can be done now is wait. I wish you and yours the very best and if I can ever be of help to you, please don't hesitate to contact.

Thanks for the help haunted!!!
Have charcoal around 7:00. He is still seizing.....
God I wish I knew what to do to make him comfortable and keep him off his back.
How bad is it for them to be on there back very long??

I want to just leave him be and rest but he keeps flipping over....

He is also constantly opening and closing his mouth like gasping for air or thirty or trying to peep.

He isn't drinking any more so I am giving him water in a syringe. He is just out of his own control. I hold him so when he tenses up he won't flop and let his legs dangle.

Also his feet are cold is that bad?

How soon after charcoal can I give antibiotics? I was going to wait until morning

Morning is good for the antibiotics. As I said, think epileptic seizure. How often are they happening and how long are they lasting? The feet being cold is probably from the stress of everything that is going on right now.

Okay, brutal honesty, if this little one makes it through the night there is a chance of his making it through another day. Unfortunately, that's about all you have right now. The time frame is what concerns me. There's been so much time for this toxin to percolate in his system that God only knows how deeply it has gotten into the organs etc.. You gave this guy a hefty dosing of the charcoal and it is working. Will it be enough? I don't know, I honestly wish I did. When humans get botulism, it really is a waiting game to see if they are going to be able to pull out of it. Warmth, not too much of it, quiet, dim light and supportive care are the basics of what they do. Some doctors will use an antibiotic so that nothing will cause a secondary infection. I was lucky because I happened to have Cipro here from a prescription I didn't finish. Was it what turned everything around for my girl? Again, I don't know that either...I kind of think so because with this type of poisoning, the organs can start to break down and release some chemicals into the system that are not really good. Could the antibiotic have helped with that end? Of course...did they? I think after a while we start looking at medicine combinations as Ju-Ju and we all try to follow it no matter what the reasons or symptoms we may face with our own. Personally I believe in your case that yes, the Cipro may be the answer. This is bad as you already know. This is a time when the 'big gun' antibiotics need to be used. I am still going to find out what else can be used in it's stead just as fast as I can get my friend's advice. Hang in there, both of you, please. The duck looks very healthy and may have the stamina to go the course, if we can get the right stuff for him.

Well..., I'm tired. I held him all night to keep him warm and calm. Slept alittle with him in my arms. I held him because every time his feet hit the ground he tenses up and pushes back ending up on his back.
He is still doing it this morning. It's constant.

I gave him a warm bath this morning and he was swimming on his side in circles....
I am worried about him today. I wish I could stay home with him...

He got amoxicillin and B complex this AM
He hasn't drank much. I syringed water in him and help him and let him drink from a bowl

I almost thought about making him a sling to put his legs through and he could hang his legs like in my arm and keep him upright....

This is the worst of it right now. The charcoal, as I said, is working, how well, not sure, but I know it's doing something and will continue to work as long as it's in the gut. Look, you have done everything you could right now. The sling...I'd try it. I mean really...what do you have to lose? It may give comfort and support and keep him from ending up on his back again. If I were closer, I'd have your back, I really would.

you can also use a towel make it like a donut with a hole in the middle and put the duckling down into it that may keep it upright and keep it from flipping unto it's back... Poor lil baby.
