Sick duckling- seizure and red, irritated eyes

The eyes make me think more in the direction of infection than vitamin deficiency. Looks like there's swelling behind them, and the 3rd eyelid being all exposed and red. As I've understood it, niacin deficiency doesn't normally affect the eyes like that, just their legs. Then again, weird that it's not oozing or runny... :idunno
I'm terrible with sickness and medicine, so not gonna suggest anything, but something antiinflammatory or antibacterial maybe?

Thanks everyone for your replies I have attached a photo of the ingredients in the b vitamins I have here in tablet form

I had 14 with the same problem, I hope you can do something to help her.

Behind her right eye is not swollen thankfully, I think that is the camera angle.

I am so sad, she won’t dip her head into water to clean her eyes and I tried the saline solution but it just runs off her and she shuts her eye. She started making a sound now when she breathes. I don’t know if she will make it through the night. I have her in a box beside my bed to keep an eye on her.

We only have one other duckling who is 2 weeks older than her. I dont think it’s pecking her eyes but I do think the big one drinks most of the water, makes most of the mess and makes a ton of noise so the little one can’t sleep. I just needed the little one to get her vitamins, get fresh water to clean her head in and a good nights rest. They called for each other at first but didn’t take long to settle. I hope that’s the right thing.

I just need her to get through the night and I will take her to the vet tomorrow. It’s too hit and miss trying to find somewhere that sells antibiotic drops. I don’t know if I’m just not looking in the right places but all the produce places and pet stores just look at me like I’m crazy or they have no idea what I’m talking about

If you can get her to the vet that is the best hands on examination is always the best. You can try a dropper and just put tiny drops into her mouth let her swallow then do it again . Please keep us updated we’re pulling for her here:hugs
