Sick Ducks

I ordered the variety ducks Ideal had in December. I put my ducks outside today is supposed to be 40 on up so I don't think its to cold. I am not even sure what kind of ducks I have but 4 of the ducks are just black and all of the black ducks within a hour almost died, I took them in side and they seem to be doing a little better but when I rinsed them off I noticed they had bald patches on them. Any ideas?

Could it be a drastic change in temps. Was it super warm inside and then 40 outside? I always try to do a gradual decline in the temps with both chickens and duck when I am moving them outside.

It was not to drastic They went from around 55 to about 47 or so. All the others are having a blast outside. Oh well I guess they just wanted to come back inside
