Sick EE pullet

Hi, last night I noticed my EE pullet was breathing from her mouth and sneezing. This morning her beak has some crusty stuff on it. Still eating and drinking fine, stool is normal. My question is, she's with 2 other girls that all came from the same hatchery. Should I treat all of them together, or just the one that is sneezing? Also, what should I use to treat her? Thank you.

They are 5 weeks old, fully feathered living outside in the chicken coop. The EE is the only one showing symptoms.

Treat them all. Good luck. I went through this last year and they all lived. I was a bit surprised since one hen couldn't stand for 3 days. She kept eating and drinking and I think the vitamins saved her life.

I treated with amoxicillian, poly vi sol and probios. It took about 3 weeks before the sneezing totally stopped.
