Sick emu chick!

Hi all,

I've got a 3 week old emu chick that started coughing up a bit of fluid yesterday?! Its clear and doesn't smell. He does seem a bit mopey but seems to get over it and then it comes back a few hours later? Does anyone know what it is/what to do? Should I get him some antibiotics?
