Where exactly in the breast muscle do I inject it?

You can also give the injectable Baytril orally. If giving orally I would give 15 mg/kg twice a day for 3-5 days.

The per pound dose would be ~ 0.07 ml per pound orally twice a day.

Yes, that can be given orally.

What does this mean?

I think it means pull back a little on the syringe to make sure you're not injecting into a blood vessel. If you see blood come back into the syringe, don't inject there.
