Wonderful news, not be sure to keep him on it till around 12 weeks old.

I had a baby that didn't walk around for about 4 days. In addition to the niacin (which we now add faithfully), we ended up having to hobble her. Hopefully you caught yours before she got too deficient (unlike myself). But if she seems to keep having problems walking, getting really wobbly, etc., then you may want to consider a hobble. Looks something like this:

(Excuse the dirtiness of the hobble - which is made out of white medical tape... They get awfully dirty when they can't stand up.)

Really helped mine gets her legs strong again. That's been a couple weeks ago now, and I can no longer tell my weakling apart from the others!

Thanks for the advice! She seems to be doing great now tho! She is walking around just like the others. I am so glad to have BYC for advice! She probably would have died without it.

So glad to hear she's better!!! I totally felt the same way! BYC saved my girl (or boy?) too - no doubt.

Wlhtx those babies are adorable! Are they african? They kind of look like my brown chinese goslings but mine are darker.

Thank you! They are 2 of my 6. They were sold to me as Africans, but after reading various threads on here, I'm not 100% sure... As they get a little bigger I'll have to post more pictures on here to get other opinions!

OK, so I went outside to try and get some more recent pictures and my camera died after 2 not very good ones. I`ll try to get some more when my camera charges. Until then, here are some baby pictures

For fun, here are a few more! These are also a little dated now as they are starting to have their tail and wing feathers come in. But it was a beautiful day and you can see their coloring a little better!
