I made a pop in visit a few days in a row to my local Tractor Supply. I went in originally to purchase new chicks, but when I saw the conditions I started making pop ins to check on all the babies. Tonight I ended up being given a few very weak guinea keets, because the employees didn't know what to do. They had terrible pasty butts and were very cold to the touch. One unfortunately passed shortly after I got them home and cleaned their bottoms up. I am noticing aside from just being very weak, they have very watery whiteish diarrhea. Should I treat for possible coccidiosis? I gave them electrolytes and scrambled eggs to try to perk them up! Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

poor little things you better get a move on for them, Have you tried providing them meds? maybe an Immunization shot? Note sure.

I started Corid just I case, I also applied some Preparation H to their swollen vents. I have been up with them all night, trying to keep them stable. At this time they are sitting upright, they started picking at the feed mash and egg scrambles, and are walking over to the waterer on their own. Hoping they pull through!
