Sick hamburg pullet - coryza and something else?

It’s morning here. Angelica got up early and ate a whole lot of white rice and greek yoghurt which is heartening. It definitely has firmed up and filled out the diarrhea. I’ve done a torpedo feed of a couple of bullets of her pullet food. Her nose is still runny, but her eyes are more open than yesterday. She’s keeping her head up okay. I can go buy the other tetracycline (oxytetracycline) or some amprolium today, or even a sulfa if that might help, but can’t afford all three so will have to choose carefully.

Poop is still green and mucusy but i can see urates and some digested matter in it so an improvement?

Trying to figure out if she's been getting enough medication, so her's my math:

Your powder is 100 mg of chlortetracycline per gram
7 grams in a liter = 700 mg per liter
700 mg / 1000 ml = 0.7 mg per ml

If she gets 100 ml of medicated water per day, that's 70 mg
If she gets 105 ml of medicated water per day, that's 105 mg

The chlortetracycline dose I found is:

1 x 60 / 0.7 = 86 ml medicaated water per 1kg

Disappointed: I went through that whole darn list from the pinned thread to make sure i provided all the information that was asked for. Not one reply. People post HELP! without bothering to address the questions, and get instant assistance. 🙃
The bulk of byc members live in North America and when you posted, it was early morning, and people are asleep or had already left to work/school. It was 5 am for me when you posted, I was certainly not awake, lol.
Mid to Late afternoon is when most people start logging on but here's the link to the Aussie Group for you in case you need help in your time zone.
https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/australia-six-states-and-that-funny-little-island.598568/ there's also the byc search bar in the upper corner so you can look things up.
I understand you're worried for your hen but there was no need to be rude.
I'm glad you found the info you're looking for, good luck to your hen!

My math is terrible. So does this mean i’m way underdosing her, by not getting enough water into her?

If 1.3kg - 1.3 x 60 / 0.7 = 111 ml of the medicated water, so I think you're okay. Would you be interested in learning how to tube feed?

1.5 x 60 / 0.7 = 128 ml of medicated water.

Right. Google says an average adult female hamburg is just under 2kg. She’s immature and now she’s underweight (keel sticking out) so I’m estimating 1.3-1.5kg at

Yes, I’ll try anything. She’s fighting so hard.
