Sick Hen and need some help !!!!!

Hen was missing for several days then showed up with runny nose and won't eat or drink on her own

We need some more information-- does she have any other symptoms at all? Does she have a foul smell coming from her face area? Are there other chickens in the area that she may have come into contact with?

She is lethargic, runny eyes, bad smelling area around the beak ......

I live on the edge of town and I am the only one with foul in the area ...

I just washed her face off so the wetness you see is water from
all the washing up for the photo's ........

She is only eating if I put it down her and the same goes
for the water has to be squirted into her mouth ......

I used one or them baby nose snot getters to clear up
her nostrils as they plugged up over night ....

Yes Kathy, I was thinking of some of your other post and I got a tube yesterday to get some yogurt down her and I have been watering her the same way for several days now I believe this makes day three there is some improvement but not what I would like to see ,,,,,
Last night I put her on a bar stool in the house to keep an eye on her and to make sure she is in a warm place as the temps have dropped down to the mid 40* F at night when it is at it's coldest and the wind has picked up a bit so I am keeping her in for now ......

Alright I have plenty of non medicated chick feed around ......

Should I mix it up in some water so it goes down the tube better ?????

I use baby bird food because crumbles get stuck in the tube, but hey, try it.
