Sick hen , floppy discolored comb, lethargic, water/foam from mouth

Looking for help with what could be wrong with one of our hens, a leghorn. Just over the course of the day we noticed she became sick, this morning she was fine. Now she is lethargic, her comb is turning dark at the tips and almost shriveled looking, and has had water/foam come out of her mouth. We have not noted any presence of worms or mites or anything like that. Any ideas ??

Make her drink electrolytes like Gatorade or something. I had something similar happen to my rooster and fed him Gatorade and he was fine the next day. I really hope this helps!!!
