Hi, I just wanted to post on this, after finding it looking for help with my girl.

Big Nose (affectionate nickname due to malformed beak that unfortunately stuck) has all these symptoms too, though she's not laid any lash. Her poop was yellow foam at first then yellow liquid (so may be similar). We were sure she was going to die (she's never been healthy).

we force fed her probiotics twice a day, & fed her separately to her sisters.

She always has dried seaweed, yoghurt & sardines in her diet, but we added garlic & egg yolk & took out normal feed (we gave her a tiny amount of supplement, because it's broken down more so is probably easier to digest). Mix it all up with some boiling water.

A week of this & she's much better- has a bit more weight, her poop is normal, she's talking & moving around again. But her tummy still grumbles every time she eats something, so we're afraid to stop treating her. We feel silly bringing an apparently healthy chook to the vet...

If anyone knows anything more about rumbly tummies, please let me know?
