Sick hen, need advice

My partner went to check her crop and he said he couldn’t feel it, so I’m guessing it’s full of fluid, hense why he couldnt feel it 🤷🏻‍♀️ She’s been walking around pecking the ground, she’s now in her coop ready for bedtime

just given them more cornflakes seeing as she’s eating these. And just watching them...the healthy hen is pecking away the sick hen as if to say “get away from my food” ....could this be the reason that my hen has declined? Coz this hen is bullying her and won’t let her eat??

Separate her out and see if she eats/drinks better.

I'm not sure if I understand about the crop - you should be able to feel it or not.
Check the right front of the hen - if she's been drinking/eating, you should be able to feel something in her crop. That area should be flat/empty in the morning - if it still feels like there's something in it, then let us know.

My hen has been looking ill this past week, her comb has drooped, she’s looking thin compared to her sister. She has diareah that’s white with yellow and it’s made her bum really mucky.

she’s been lying down a lot, I’ve bought some energy boost to put in their water that also makes them have an appetite. And an all complete feed that has wormer in it (in case this is worms) but she’s not eating.

any suggestions what this can be?
Can she stand? Does she seem lame on one or both legs? Marek’s is also a possibility. Unfortunately, it is pretty common in the US, but not sure about the UK. It is caused by a herpes virus that affects only chickens (not transmissible to humans or other animals). They typically start with leg and/or wing paralysis. I have had one roo (lame leg) survive it after I kept him separated in my garage for 3 weeks and made sure to give him water and wet cat food (they love the stinky stuff). He was about a year old and a large bird and seems to have done ok. I nursed a hen shortly after (again, lame leg) for a month and she improved, even started walking again. But she never gained all her weight back and died about 3 months later. Since, I have had 2-3 that went very rapidly before I even had time to notice. The rest of the flock seem ok right now... problem is you never know who was able to fight it off and is immune (hopefully the sister!) or who has is lying dormant. If she you check her and she seems unable to stand, keep feeding her whatever she will eat and give her the vitamin water! If she has made it for 2 weeks, that might be a good sign!!!
May not be Marek’s! I hope it isn’t... just a thought.

This morning we checked her crop and it’s empty so that’s good! She’s been eating her pellets this morning along with the cornflakes, it’s as if she’s all of a sudden mega hungry, she’s been drinking and seems alert, she’s walking and even ran when tried to pick her up to check her crop.
her comb is still droopy and she’s still projectile poo though.

She’s gone backwards, well I think, haven’t seen her in her usual spot so she must of been roaming around with her sister. But now she’s fast asleep / resting near the fence again.

It won’t let me send a video but she’s not touching the scrambled egg and she’s doing a weird head and neck jerking movement she’s now standing with her eyes closed.......

She’s just been sick three times in the space of 40 seconds
