Sick hen not sure please help

Cleanliness is next to godliness.
Being a cold hardy breed, a cold soak couldn't hurt.
I would be providing foot baths.
Before I had exclusively heat hardy breeds that ignore them. I provided foot baths of cool water and hens would stand in them regularly.

My hens hate water we have a poop that I’ll fill and they won’t stand in it. I can wipe their feet

Little update I took her to the vet and it was a blocked crop. Clover was the culprit I caught it early so there was no infection. The vet did a crop wash pulled up what looked like the green flower before the white bloom. Now she is doing great eating drinking running to and with me.
