SICK HEN PLEASE HELP!

My blue Cochin hen has been lethargic and not eating or drinking. She hasn’t laid in a while and at first I thought she was broody because she was sitting in the nesting box all day but now she just lies under a tree all day in the shade and sleeps. Her tail is flop down way more than normal and I have to make her drink. Please help this is my favorite hen!

I got her to eat some pellets mixed with water and crushed up. She seems very lethargic still though. She has a very full crop for what she’s eaten today and is tripping and acting very unstable.
