SICK HEN PLEASE HELP!

My blue Cochin hen has been lethargic and not eating or drinking. She hasn’t laid in a while and at first I thought she was broody because she was sitting in the nesting box all day but now she just lies under a tree all day in the shade and sleeps. Her tail is flop down way more than normal and I have to make her drink. Please help this is my favorite hen!

I’m so sorry this is exactly what happened to my chicken if you’ve got it early enough she will survive. What do you need to do is sit with her all day check on her and make sure she’s breathing. Feed her and make her drink from a spoon if you can’t make her drink any other way. If you’ve got it early enough she will survive if you do this.

Thank you so much for helping me! She passed away this morning though.
