Sick Hen? Please help...

My Hen seems to be sick, she is eating, drinking and runs round the garden after me.....BUT. She has stopped laying, stopped pooping and I think molting, dirty vent, red bottom, and now her comb is starting to droop ?

They generally stop laying while molting, Molting is hard on them, they use up a lot of protein making new feathers, and if they are not real healthy, other conditions may manifest. The dirty red bottom could be vent gleet, which is basically a sick digestive system. If she is really not pooping at all, there is probably a blockage in there, which would presumably be very serious.

What can I do? I have bathed her in wrm water (which she loved and fell asleep) wormed her, given her vitiamins in water........she hasn't laid since May and hardly poops at all, but is still eating, drinking and running around etc
