Please help me. I have a one year old hen that is lethargic, not much of an appetite, will drink if I put water in front of her. Found three droppings today that are strange, never seen anything like it

Sorry about your hen. I saw the first picture last night, and thought those were droppings, but didn't have any advice. The second picture clearly shows lash eggs, which are a product of infection from salpingitis--not really eggs, but puss material. If you have a good local vet who would prescribe an antibiotic for her, it might help in the early stages. Baytril is available online and might be a good treatment. It is banned for chickens in the US, and eggs should never be eaten after treatment. I would try to get her to eat some chopped egg, and try putting a lot of water into a small bowl of chicken feed to make it soupy. Here is some reading about salpingitis and lash eggs:

Thank you for the advice, I will do some research and take action. She is drinking water and will eat a little from time to time.
