If the problem is parasites, I usually see some improvement in a few days. If any of your birds lose any weight in the next few days, the problem is not parasites.

Update: Our hen is doing much better. It appears she had some parasites, probably worms. She is not 100% yet, but each day she is more and more active. Today she was flocking again. I do not think her appetite is back to normal yet, but I feel things should get better with time. She has a lot of weight to regain. I will keep updating her progress. Thanks for everyones' help!

She is now pooping small bits of green poo. I know this is bile. But what can I do to help her.

If she's pooping little green bits and no real poop, she's not eating enough, period. Have you weighed her?
