Sick hen, well into recovery, but liquid spots are in her crate?

My sick hen is much better. She has been recovering in the house for a month now. For the past 2 weeks, I notice that the towels in the dog crate have wet spots on them throughout the day. Her poops are now completely normal and have been for 2 weeks. Any suggestions as to what she emits to make the wet spots? The wet area is completely clear in colour (looks just like water). There is a very faint odour, but it is not an unpleasant odour.

She may be drooling a bit. Since she is segregated, you should soon be able to answer that question. I have a couple of hens who play with their water, too...
