Sick hen-yellow poop, lethargic, HELP

Came home tonight to our girls free ranging and doing great. Noticed I was missing one and found her by herself, standing very still. She would occasionally peck at the ground but not like normal. Her butt was a little dirty and she seemed to be straining. Put some apple cider vinegar in a dish and she drank. Isolated her with fresh bedding in a dog crate with apple cider vinegar water and food. Went to check on her and she hasn't laid down at all and her poop was liquid and yellow. Any ideas?

When is the last time she has laid an egg? Checked for egg bound? Internal laying? Internal broken egg?

How would I check for those things? It's hard to monitor when she last laid because they all lay the same color. I will watch today since she is isolated. She pooped normal this am but still won't lay down
