Is she is rattling in the chest then it is a respiratory infection. She needs to be separated from the flock and treated with antibiotics.
She has not been eating if nothing came out. Crop should feel squishy or semi hard if she has been eating or drinking. If you feel nothing inside of her crop then she hasn't been doing either. Is her vent moist and wide or dry and narrow?
