I need some advice. My girl
Has moulted a few times in the past three months and now she's sounding little hoarse and cannot fully her usual shout to her little friend it sounds like deeper and breaky. She's eating drinking and doing her normal behaviour. I have separated her and brought her in for the night into a indoor coop kept in a outhouse which is warmer then the current outside. Weather has been really wet cold and frosty every morning for the last week. She sounded fine yesterday but today when I got in from work she sounded hoarse. I am keeping a close eye on her. Any advice to keep her strong if she has got a respiratory problem ?

Welcome to Backyard chickens. If she doesn't develop any other symptoms I think she will gradually get her voice back.
Thank you and she's a little gurgly this afternoon she sounded find this morning. She's currently sat with me in the house after knocking on the back door to come in. I am taking her to the vets as she's started a new behaviour which can be associated with respiratory issues.
