You can try it unless she is very weak. Some chickens love a soothing warm bath, but if they are very weak, a bath can push them over the edge. I would try it to see if she likes it or not.

Yes the Epsom salt bath did wonders for her. I just sat her in a bucket and she laid and slept and just loved it! Thank you everyone for the feedback

I'll be thinking of your girl. I feel pretty confident she has salpingitis. Is an avian vet an option? Anyone know the preferred antibiotic for this condition?

What antibiotic have you been using? Baytril might be a good option, and is available online, although you must not eat the eggs or meat from that chicken, since Baytril is banned in chickens in the US. Amoxicillin is another option.
