Sick hen(?)

My friend has a Faverolle hen(or technically pullet, though I’m not sure how old she is exactly) who’s been sick for about a week now; she’s extremely limp, mostly keeps her head down, barely eats or drinks and basically feels like a corpse- any thoughts on what’s wrong with her?

Are your friends chickens free-range, and might ask if they know if their chickens are vaccinated for anything.

I don’t think they are vaccinated- she does put vitamin B in their water. They are not free range

Are any other of the chickens showing the same symptoms? You said she was limp- she just sit's there and doesn't move, or will she walk at all?

I don’t think so- she barely walk and only periodically. She also avoids the other chickens and secludes herself in the corner

Is there no vet nearby that could look at the chicken? Perhaps she needs another type of vitamin, or probiotics or electrolytes.
